Seekh Kabab BBQ

 

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Mint Meat 1 KG
Onion 2 (medium size, ground)
Ginger 2 inch long piece (ground)
Ghee / Cooking Oil 1 cup (100g)
AHMED Seekh kaba BBQ Masala 1 Packet (50g)

 

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Mix AHMED seekh kabab BBQ Masala, Onion and ginger into minced meat and leave it for 2 hours for marination.
  2. Add ghee/oil in it and knead well.
  3. Make meat balls and put on skewer, flatten it around the skewer with wet hand. To avoid kabab from falling, coil a thread around it.
  4. Grill on low coal fire while turning the skewers after frequent intervals. Kabab are ready when they turn into golden brown.

Serve with AHMED plum / Mango Chutney, Salad and Paratha.

 

NOTE:

For Milder Hotness:

For those who take mild chilies & salt, half the quantity of the given recipe spices can be used. Salt may be to the requirement.
